ACORD forms as the working format
Ebix eForms turns account data into completed ACORD applications for personal and commercial lines, including state-specific supplements. The form is edited directly on the form screen, and the data entered there is re-used to populate the next form on the account instead of being typed again.
Delivery follows however the receiving carrier or MGA works: print for the file, email for the underwriter, fax where fax is still the channel. The submission leaves the system the data lives in, so what goes out matches what is on the account.

A management system holds the agency's most valuable asset, so how data gets in and out matters as much as what happens inside. EbixASP loads data from Excel on the way in and hands it back through exports and report output on the way out, with the full 200+ report library exporting to PDF, Excel, and HTML.
