Implementation and onboarding.

EbixASP is cloud-based and accessed in the browser, so implementation is configuration, migration, and training rather than an infrastructure project. The platform arrives whole: every module is active from day one under one subscription.

What onboarding consists of

Four workstreams cover the move onto the platform. None of them involves hardware, hosting, or client-side software, because there is none to install.

Cloud Delivery

EbixASP runs in the cloud and is accessed in the browser. There are no servers to buy, no client software to roll out, and no local installation to maintain across offices.

Structure Configuration

Branch offices, subsidiary agencies, and distinct books of business are configured to mirror how the firm is organized, all under a single login.

Data Migration Support

Established conversion paths bring clients, policies, and accounting history from the earlier Ebix systems, and Excel import covers data arriving from elsewhere.

Team Training

Producers, CSRs, and accounting staff are trained on the workflows they will run each day, so go-live lands on a team that already knows the screens.

The system takes your shape

Configuration starts with the firm as it exists: unlimited branch offices, subsidiary agencies, and distinct books of business set up under a single login. Producers see their book, branch managers see their branch, and the home office sees the whole structure, each from the same platform.

Because the general ledger is part of the platform, the chart of accounts and entity structure are configured together. The accounting the firm reports on and the operations it runs are set up as one system from the start.

The onboarding sequence

Implementation runs in four stages. Scope and schedule are agreed per project, since they depend on the source data and the size of the structure being configured.

01

Kickoff and structure configuration

The implementation team maps your organization into the platform: branch offices, subsidiary agencies, books of business, carriers, and the chart of accounts the ledger will run on.

02

Data migration

Clients, policies, and accounting history move into the configured structure, on established conversion paths from the earlier Ebix systems or through Excel import from other sources.

03

Team training

Each role is trained on its own daily workflows, from servicing and renewals through eForms, certificates, and the month-end close.

04

Go-live

The agency starts working live data in the browser. Because delivery is cloud-based, every office comes online at the same time on the same system.

Moving from Infinity, InsureNET, Elite, or EbixONE? The data migration stage runs on established conversion paths from each. How migration works

The full platform at go-live

There is no module roadmap to negotiate and no second purchase after go-live. One subscription covers the platform, so day one includes all of it.

All modules under one subscription

Policy administration, accounting, claims, eForms, certificates, workflow, and reporting, with no per-module fees.

Accounting from the first day

The built-in general ledger is live at go-live, so books open on the platform rather than beside it.

200+ reports available

The standard report library is part of the platform, exportable to PDF, Excel, and HTML.

Every office on the same system

Browser access puts each branch, subsidiary, and remote user on the same live data at once.
