What is EbixASP?
EbixASP is a cloud-based agency management system from Ebix. It combines policy administration across all P&C lines of business, agency accounting with a built-in general ledger, claims, electronic ACORD forms, certificates of insurance, workflow and document management, and a library of 200+ standard reports in one platform accessed in the browser.
Who is EbixASP for?
Independent agencies, brokerages, MGAs, insurance wholesalers, and excess and surplus lines brokers. The platform supports all P&C lines of business, and the agency accounting module works across insurance lines.
Does agency accounting require separate software?
No. EbixASP carries a complete general ledger inside the platform, with billing and split billing, multiple payees on an account, collections and payments, check creation, statements, and reconciliation. There is no export to an outside accounting package and no re-keying between systems.
What does eForms do?
eForms produces electronic ACORD forms populated from the data already in EbixASP, for personal and commercial lines including state-specific supplements. Forms are edited directly on the form screen and delivered by print, email, or fax, and the data entered on one form is re-used to populate other forms.
Which legacy Ebix systems can migrate to EbixASP?
Infinity, InsureNET, Elite, and EbixONE. EbixASP carries the business processes of these earlier Ebix P&C broking systems and has an established data migration path from each, so clients, policies, and accounting history move to the new platform.
Are modules priced separately?
No. All modules are included under one subscription, with no per-module fees. Policy administration, accounting, claims, eForms, certificates, workflow, and reporting are part of the platform from day one.
How many reports does EbixASP include?
The standard library holds 200+ reports covering production, management, and accounting. Every report exports to PDF, Excel, and HTML.
Does EbixASP support multiple branches and entities?
Yes. EbixASP supports unlimited branch offices, subsidiary agencies, and distinct books of business under a single login, so multi-entity firms run their whole structure on one system.
How does EbixASP handle certificates of insurance?
Certificates are produced from templates with holder management built in, and mass print handles high-volume distribution such as renewal season. The claims module likewise tracks claims and populates the matching ACORD forms from claim data.
How do I see a demo?
Submit the request form on the EbixASP contact page. The team will follow up to schedule a working demonstration on your own lines, carriers, and workflows.
